Journey Summary Reports are available for download as PDF files. Journey Summary Report PDFs will be available on your Dashboard for five years.
Responses to the questions for each step can be updated/edited at any point throughout your journey. To preview what the responses will look like on your Journey Summary Report, you can “Generate New Summary Report” up to ten times per week, and edit your responses accordingly. Once you and your Healthy Schools Team are satisfied with your responses to the questions for the 4 Steps and how they appear in your Journey Summary Report, you can generate, download, and save your Journey Summary Report.
Journey Summary Reports are processed using AI to help summarize your journey! For your Summary Report, AI will support with:
- Summarizing your response entries where necessary to ensure they fit within the character counts for the Report,
- Editing tense to past tense so your Journey Summary Report accurately reflects what happened during your journey,
- Add graphic images to empty image spaces if you do not wish to upload pictures/images.
Your privacy is important to us. Please note the following regarding healthyschools.ca's usage of OpenAI:
- Uploaded text and images are not added to datasets or reviewed by humans
- OpenAI temporarily stores uploaded text and images for up to 30 days to help prevent system misuse before the data is permanently deleted (unless required for legal reasons)
- Text and images sent through the healthyschools.ca website are not used to improve or train OpenAI models.
